Paul is Managing Director of Strategic Reward Solutions an independent rewards consultancy which he founded in 2008. Working with global businesses mainly in Financial Services and the Telecommunications sectors, Strategic Reward Solutions provides expert consultancy services covering the full range of reward activity, including; reward strategy, executive remuneration, bonus and incentive plans, organisational design, performance management and employee benefits. Prior to establishing Strategic Reward Solutions, Paul was Head of Reward for Nationwide Building Society for over a decade. Paul is a Chartered Companion of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds a Masters degree in the Management of Human Resources. He is a former Vice President of the CIPD and a member of the CIPD’s Reward Forum Committee and Reward Faculty. His work has won many awards from industry and the Government and he is a regular conference speaker and occasional lecturer.

Evan Davidge is an independent reward consultant specializing in bespoke total reward solutions. Evan works with different partners to deliver HR technology based services, pay structure reviews, total reward benchmarking, recognition and incentive schemes and employee benefits. Evan is also Co-Director of PES Public Sector Ltd and a framework panel consultant for the Improvement & Development Agency – the local government think tank. Prior to setting up his consultancy in 2006, Evan had prime responsibility for employee benefits at Nationwide Building Society. His work was instrumental in Nationwide winning several industry awards for employee benefits innovations. Before joining Nationwide, Evan was a senior HR professional officer in the Royal Air Force.

Sylvia Doyle is the founding Director of Reward First People Consulting www.reward-first.com an independent reward consultancy she established in 2004. Reward First People Consulting advises organisations across business sectors in the UK and overseas and their expertise includes total reward; employee benefits and managing the reward and performance relationship.
Prior to establishing Reward First, Sylvia was responsible for European Compensation & Benefits at McCormick, the global leader of spices, seasonings and flavours. Previous corporate roles include Balfour Beatty where she headed up HR for the Balfour Beatty Rail Projects division and British Gas.
Sylvia is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a non executive director on the remuneration committee of the RICS and a member of the CIPD national steering committee on reward. Sylvia speaks at UK and international conferences and runs the professional reward network of the CIPD Central London branch.

Michael Rose is an independent Reward Consultant through the company he founded in April 2009, Rewards Consulting Limited www.rewardsconsulting.co.uk. “Helping organisations maximise the value of everything they spend on reward”. Particular areas of work include developing reward strategy; identifying savings opportunities in existing reward programmes; pension changes; reviewing/ designing bonus; non-financial incentive and recognition plans; and implementing reward change.
Before setting up Rewards Consulting, Michael was Director of Total Reward for Aon Limited, covering the UK and EMEA. He developed the reward strategy and ran a number of major reward projects which overall saved Aon over £20m a year. Other major corporate roles were, Head of Reward Management for TSB Bank plc; Human Resources Manager, European Insurance Operations, NZI Insurance and Compensation Manager, Abbey Life Assurance. Michael also has nearly 10 years experience as a reward consultant first with KPMG and then Arthur Andersen.
Michael has an MA in HRM, is a Companion, of the CIPD and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He was Vice President Reward for the CIPD, 2006-2008 and won the Employee Benefits Compensation and Benefits Professional of the Year Award 2009. Michael writes and speaks extensively on Reward and HR issues.

Chris Wilson established Rewarding People in 2007 and has over 30 years experience in generalist HR and as a specialist in Compensation and Benefits, working in manufacturing, oil, financial services, consultancy, and software industries. Immediately prior to establishing Rewarding People, Chris was Director, Compensation and Benefits with the Oracle Corporation.
Chris offers consulting services over a wide range of areas both in the UK and Internationally. With both his compensation and, benefits and generalist HR background he offers practical solutions and implementations for HR and the business. During his career he has worked on the integration of over 20 acquisitions. Recent assignments have included; executive remuneration, flexible benefits design and implementation, car fleet and benefit reviews, sales compensation plan design, pay review modelling and planning, an international mobility policy, development of an international benefits strategy and integration of benefits on acquisition.
Chris was the winner of the Employee Benefits Compensation and Benefits Professional of the Year Award 2008, is a member of CIPD, and regularly speaks at conferences on compensation and benefits issues.
